Key pools & stock

Live stock levels, before anyone asks

Every key is stored against its game, SKU, platform, key provider and distribution pool. See live balances, get an email when a pool runs low, and let Steam pools top themselves up.

The problem

A spreadsheet per SKU doesn't scale

When keys live in files and inboxes, nobody knows exactly what's available, or where a key went.

Nobody knows what's left

Stock levels live in someone's head or someone's spreadsheet, and both are out of date.

Ordering keys you already have

One partner runs dry while another sits on surplus for the same SKU, so you order more instead of rebalancing.

Running out mid-campaign

The first you hear of an empty pool is a partner asking why their order hasn't arrived.

How it works

Set up once, always in stock

1

Upload to pools

Bulk upload keys and split them across pools.

2

Set thresholds

Choose when Alaska should warn you a pool is low.

3

Requesters see stock

Live availability is shown while people order.

4

Top up

Move keys between pools, or auto-replenish from Steam.

Inside Key pools & stock

Stock you can see, move and trust

Pools turn a pile of keys into live stock levels you can act on.

One secure home for every key

Every key is organised by game, SKU, platform and pool — so you always know what you have, where it is, and when it's running low.

Live pool balances

See live balances by game, SKU, workflow and company, without counting rows.

Low-stock thresholds

Set thresholds by SKU, workflow, provider or platform. Alaska emails you automatically when a pool runs low.

SLAs & alerts

Live availability for requesters

People requesting keys can see what's available while they order.

Key requests

Auto-replenish from Steam

Steam pools top themselves up, so stock is there before anyone asks.

Steam integration

Move keys when plans change

Move keys between pools, or between requests, whenever plans change.

A great key management solution.

“Alaska lets us securely manage, distribute and audit keys internally and externally across all platforms. Working with the K3YS team has allowed us to work smarter, streamline internal processes and facilitate demand for our product.”

Questions

Key pools & stock, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us in a demo or email alaska@k3ys.co.

Can I move keys from one pool to another?

Yes. Move keys between pools, or between requests, whenever plans change, so you can top up one partner from another's surplus instead of ordering more.

How do low-stock alerts work?

Set low-stock thresholds by SKU, workflow, provider or platform. When a pool falls below its threshold, Alaska emails you automatically.

How do pools get filled?

Bulk upload key files, with duplicate and format checks, and split them across pools. Steam pools can also auto-replenish.
