Close the loop on every key
Upload sold and activation reports so every key's status is accurate. When something goes wrong, disable keys in bulk with a recorded reason, and disable them on Steam in one action.
Delivered isn't the end of the story
Without reconciliation, you know where keys were sent but not what happened to them.
Sold or sitting there?
Partners report sales in their own files, so matching them to the keys you sent is a manual job.
Fraud found too late
When fraudulent or refunded keys turn up, every hour spent finding and killing them is an hour they can still be redeemed.
Changes nobody approved
Disabling keys in bulk is a big decision. On a spreadsheet, anyone can do it and nobody records why.
Reconcile and respond, with a record of why
Upload reports
Load sold and activation reports from partners.
Approve if required
Disable and sold reports can need sign-off first.
Disable with a reason
Bulk-disable keys and record exactly why.
Disable on Steam
Disable all keys, or only unredeemed ones.
Reconciliation and fraud response, in one place
Keep every key's status accurate, and act fast when something goes wrong.
Sold and activation reports
Upload sold and activation reports to close the loop on every key.
Bulk disable with a reason
Disable keys in bulk with a recorded reason: Fraud, Refund, Temporary Key, Upload error, No use or Other.
Approval before it takes effect
Disable and sold reports can require approval before they take effect.
Approval workflowsDisable on Steam
Disable all keys, or only unredeemed ones, on Steam for fraud, refunds or betas.
Steam integrationMove keys when plans change
Move keys between pools or between requests whenever plans change.
Key pools & stockEvery change on record
Each change is written to the key's history, so you can always see what happened and why.

Can Alaska disable keys on Steam?
Yes. Disable on Steam lets you disable all keys or only unredeemed ones, for example after fraud, refunds or a beta ends.
Can disabling keys require approval?
Yes. Disable and sold reports can require approval before they take effect, and every disable records a reason.
Does Alaska expire keys automatically?
Alaska tracks expired keys as their own status. To stop keys being redeemed, disable them in bulk with a reason, or disable them on Steam.
