How do you send review keys to press and creators?

In Alaska you upload your press or creator contact list, then send each person their key in one click. Recipients get a branded redemption page with their key, click-to-copy and redemption steps for their platform, with no account needed, and you track every key from Pending to Sent to Retrieved.

Why is email hard work for review keys?

Two hundred creators means two hundred emails, each with a key pasted in by hand. A key in an inbox has no record of whether it was opened, and the spreadsheet tracking it all is only as accurate as the last person who updated it.

How review key delivery works in Alaska

  1. Upload your list of press or creator contacts.
  2. Send each person their key with one click.
  3. Recipients open a branded page with their key, click-to-copy and redemption steps for their platform. No account needed.
  4. Track each key as it moves from Pending to Sent to Retrieved.
A great key management solution.

Do recipients need an account?

No. The branded redemption page shows their key and how to redeem it without any sign-up.

Can we take keys back if a campaign is cancelled?

Yes. Bulk-disable keys with a recorded reason, and for Steam keys use Disable on Steam to disable all keys or only unredeemed ones.
