Who is Alaska for?

Alaska is for games publishers and developers. Retail, distribution and platform partners request keys or connect by API.

Teams who need keys quickly

Brand, marketing, PR, community, commercial and partnerships teams request keys in a few clicks with a basket-style flow, and send keys straight to press and creators.

Operations and key managers

They upload, pool, reconcile and protect stock: bulk uploads with duplicate checks, live stock levels and low-stock alerts, sold and activation reports, and bulk disabling for fraud or refunds.

Finance, compliance and leadership

Multi-step approvals with minimum signatures, limits, SLAs, granular permissions and a full audit trail, with reports and a Power BI connector for the numbers.

Retail, distribution and platform partners

Partners request keys in Alaska or connect through the Partner API to browse the catalogue, raise requests, collect encrypted keys and report sales or disables.

Signs you've outgrown manual key management

  • Keys are tracked across several spreadsheets.
  • Requests are approved over email or chat.
  • Review keys go out one email at a time.
  • Nobody can quickly answer "where did this key go?"
  • The same key has been sent twice.
Automation without friction.

“Alaska transformed a complex, manual and very long key ingestion process into an automation, without friction, saving our team hours of manual work on every request.”

Something else on your mind? Ask us in a demo or email alaska@k3ys.co.

Does Alaska work for one game or a whole catalogue?

Both. Keys are stored against their game, SKU, platform, provider and pool, and Steam Game Import can build a catalogue from Steam App IDs.

Can internal teams request keys as well as partners?

Yes. Internal teams and external companies can both request keys, and each workflow can be restricted by company, group or individual.
